Arthur Celtigar is the lord consort of Claw Isle. He is married to Lady Naera Celtigar, the Lady of Claw Isle. He was previously the castellan of Dragonstone, and was the quartermaster of the Second Sons prior to that.
History[]
Arthur was born to Rymund Celtigar, a minor member of a minor branch of the Celtigar family tree. Rymund was the steward of Sharp Point, where Arthur grew up. As a young boy, Arthur became restless and discontent with his life on Sharp Point, and joined the Second Sons who were passing through the docks. He sailed with them to Essos where he became a fully fledged member of the mercenary group.
