Eon Crakehall is a robust, strong and stocky man of forty years old. The eldest son of Lord Lyle Crakehall, he served as Captain of the Guard at Lannisport and Casterly Rock for a decade, before being appointed as Master of Laws by King Damon Lannister in the third era.

History

Eon is a representative of the boar, fierce and very strong with a hardened exterior and a iron sense of justice. He is honourable and fair, refusing to be a bias towards anyone and dispensing law with a sense of neutrality that is rarely found in the politics of the realm.

The eldest son of Lord Lyle Crakehall, Eon acquired much of his honourable persona from his father. Lord Lyle has always been a staunch supporter of the Lannisters and could be argued as the most loyal bannermen, refusing to accept any disloyalty and disrespectful behaviour towards their liege lords by anyone under the employ of House Crakehall.

This strong relationship between the two Houses is evident throughout recent history; Lyle and Eon both fought in the Second Greyjoy Rebellion. Eon himself commanded the cavalry against ironborn raiders on the coastline close to Crakehall lands, whilst Lyle fought bravely in the Battle of Pyke; killing the infamous warriors, Urron Saltcliffe and Dagur Irontooth.

Later, Eon dealt with a large group of bandits who had made themselves a home in the large forest along the Searoad. Although it took weeks of tiresome hunting, the Crakehall men eventually put the bandit group to the sword and hung the leaders.

For his excellent handing out of justice and because of the house's loyalty, Eon was appointed to position of Captain of the City Watch at Lannisport and Casterly Rock by Loren Lannister. He easily lessened the rate of crime in the port-city thanks to his excellent skill and competence.

Appearance: Strong and stocky with thick hair. Eon is around about 40 years old.

Important Events

Third Era

Eon was appointed to the position of Master of Laws to the Iron Throne by King Damon Lannister because of his satisfactory and excellent time spent dealing justice at Lannisport and Casterly Rock. He recently arrived in King's Landing to take his seat on the small council.

He settled into his newfound role quickly, bringing his own moral, righteous and honourable brand of justice to the city. When Lord Arron Fowler and Lord Trebor Yronwood brought Lord Jon Fossoway to King's Landing for his supposed crimes, Eon made the decision to send him to the Wall rather than execute him; a choice that angered the Dornish lords but helped prevent a political crisis between the Reach and Dorne.

The Master of Laws also closed down the fourth level of the dungeons (the torturer's level) because of ethical reasons and began reshuffling command in the City Watch, such as placing and removing captains of the gate. Working with the King and Hand, Eon committed to improving upon the defences of the city and increase the number of gold-cloaks by opening up recruitment to refugees flocking to the City. He later oversaw security arrangements for the Hand's Tourney and petitioned for a permanent garrison to be set up in the Kingswood, in order to prevent the problem of bandits setting camp in the forest.
