Ser Axell is from the Riverlands. He is a hedge knight and for a time accompanies the bastard of High Hermitage, Lenyl Sand, to eventually leave to go to Lannisport. He nicknamed himself 'The Dragon' because some of his uncles contracted greyscale in Essos, which he linked to dragon scales.
