The Three Thousand of Harrenhal was a song written by Randyll Frey to honour his men's sacrifice at the Siege of Harrenhal.
The bold lord rode right through the gates, declaring for his liege.
But his eyes told lies, and in his heart, the lord prepared for seige.
That very night oh filled with spite the lord betrayed his friends,
But he was cast aside and forced to hide as his foes did well defend.
With ten times his men the liege attacked, and won the fight with ease,
The traitorous lord had his three thousand men lay down swords and bend the knee.
The lord was chained and named traitor, his victory petty and small,
But tales will tell forevermore, of the three thousand of Harrenhal.
